Dr. Lindsay Kizinkewich, PT, DPT, OCS

Lindsay Kizinkewich, Doctor of Physical Therapy, is pleased to offer specialized orthopedic and sports physical therapy at Prime Sports Institute.  She has superior knowledge in evaluation and treatment of overhead athletes and rehabilitation for post-surgical shoulders through her internship with shoulder specialist physical therapist and Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Vice President of Medical Services.

Through Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and focus on continuing education, Lindsay maintains expertise in all areas of orthopedic rehabilitation. In addition to shoulder rehab, she has specific passion for treating overuse conditions/ tendinopathy, running injuries, and lower extremity conditions including knee, ankle, and foot pain in all populations.

Dr. Delaney Keser, PT, DPT

Delaney Keser, Doctor of Physical Therapy, has a clinical emphasis on treatment of youth and adult athletes, ACL, shoulder labral and capsular shift, hip impingement, patellar-femoral pain, and meniscal surgery rehabilitation.

Through professional experiences and continuing education, Dr. Keser has provided care to professional skateboarders on international Olympic teams and Division I student athletes at Portland State University, conducting intensive return to sport testing. She utilizes treadmill running assessments and gait analysis for rehabilitation of injured runners. She also offers bike fitting for competitive and recreational cyclists.


Her passion for working in athletics began as a strength and conditioning coach at Advanced Athlete Academy in Vancouver, WA where she conducted team training and educated female athletes on injury prevention.
Dr. Keser has a passion for outdoor recreation. She spends her free time mountain biking, gravel biking, participating in cyclocross, and snowboarding. She is also a youth mountain bike coach for Radical Rippers.

Dr. Will Hill, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Will Hill is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Certified Strength and Conditioning certifications, who treats active people of all ages and skill levels.

He began his specialization in orthopedic rehab in 2015 with participation in a rigorous Orthopedic Residency program through Adventist Health and subsequent certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). In combination with the OCS designation, he utilizes the foundations of biomechanics learned through 8 years of schooling and exercise prescription knowledge obtained through his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His practice is focused on fostering quality movement with evidence based approach to evaluation of injuries to effectively identify and treat orthopedic and sport related injuries.

Movement and exercise have been a focal point in Dr. Hill's life, through team sports in adolescence, and current passions of hiking, running, weight lifting, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, rock climbing, mountaineering, and backcountry skiing. With participation in these activities, Dr. Hill has gained a thorough understanding of movement intricacies that relate to the demands of these sports, and uses that along with his specialized clinical skills during evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries.
